In Florida a Buyers Real Estate Agent is paid by the contracted Multi Listing Service (MLS) a preset amount. The fee paid by the seller is basically like an advertising fee for using the MLS and having 4000+ Real Estate Agents work to sell the home or property.
Is there any Cost to use a Buyers Agent ?
No cost will be be added in anyway for using a Real Estate agent to purchase a home.
